About the Role


Veloce Media Agency is looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing & Sales Manager to lead the commercial development and brand visibility of SpeedHolics and Veloce’s media services. This role is central to driving revenue growth through partnerships, media sales, product launches, and digital audience development.


The ideal candidate brings a solid background in premium media or luxury branding, a passion for classic automotive culture, and the business acumen to position Veloce as the go-to partner for high-end content, advertising, and storytelling solutions.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Marketing Planning: develop and execute a strategic marketing roadmap that aligns with the business goals of Veloce and the editorial evolution of SpeedHolics.


Sales Development & Partnerships: lead the sales of advertising, editorial sponsorships, and media services. Identify and develop partnerships with luxury brands, automotive companies, collectors, and cultural institutions.


Brand Positioning & Communication: elevate the positioning of SpeedHolics as a premium, trusted platform in the classic car and motorsport world. Craft compelling communication strategies to grow its reputation and engagement.


Campaign Management: create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, event-based), tailored for B2B and B2C audiences. Collaborate closely with the editorial and creative teams for aligned messaging.


Client Management & Custom Proposals: build relationships with current and prospective clients, understanding their brand and media needs. Prepare tailored proposals and creative media packages.


Product Launch & Promotion: coordinate the marketing and commercial launch of books, magazine editions, and online experiences. Support eCommerce growth through targeted marketing initiatives.


Performance Monitoring & Optimization: track and report performance metrics, manage budgets, and continuously optimize strategies to maximize ROI and audience engagement.


Thought Leadership & Events: represent Veloce at key automotive and luxury events. Support the CEO in thought leadership and speaking opportunities that enhance the company’s visibility.


Required Qualifications: 


  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably within premium publishing, automotive, lifestyle, or luxury sectors

  • Deep understanding of automotive culture, collector car markets, and high-end consumer dynamics

  • Proven track record in advertising sales, partnership building, and brand marketing

  • Skilled in digital marketing tools, performance analytics, CRM, and content promotion strategies

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to craft persuasive commercial narratives

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Italian and/or German is a strong plus

  • Passionate about storytelling, design, and the classic car world

  • Personal motivation to contribute to the growth and long-term success of Veloce and SpeedHolics
